                                 WILL INCREASE. OUR COUNTRY. IN THE COMING DAYS, THERE IS A NEED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF THE HUGE DEMAND FOR WELL QUALIFIED AND PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED TEACHERS. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE DEMAND FOR QUALITY SECONDARY EDUCATION IS ALSO STEADILY INCREASING. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO AIM TO PROVIDE SECONDARY EDUCATION AT A UNIVERSAL LEVEL WITHIN TEN YEARS. DUE TO POOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND POORLY EQUIPPED TEACHERS, MOST OF THE SECONDARY SCHOOLS AT PRESENT HAVE POOR QUALITY EDUCATION. TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, THE SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS NEED TO BECOME PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS. IN ORDER TO MAKE INDIA A PLACE IN THE ROWS OF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD IN THE EIGHTH CENTURY, THE THEN PRIME MINISTER SHRI RAJIV GANDHI EXPRESSED CONCERN THAT INDIA SHOULD EXIT THE TRADITIONAL FRAMEWORK AND MAKE THE FOUNDATION OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CHANGE INTENSIVE AND WORK INTENSIVE. A NEW IDEOLOGICAL REVOLUTION HAS SPREAD. THE LOK SABHA RATIFIED THE NEW POLICY. GUJARAT STATE SCHOOL TEXTBOOK BOARD WAS ESTABLISHED ON 7TH OCTOBER. ITS MAIN PURPOSE IS TO PUBLISH HIGH-QUALITY TEXTBOOKS AND PROVIDE BOOKS TO STUDENTS AT A REASONABLE COST. AS PER THE SYLLABUS APPROVED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF GUJARAT, SEVEN MEDIUMS BESIDES STANDARD GUJARATI LANGUAGE FROM STANDARD I TO VII PRODUCE GOOD QUALITY TEXTBOOKS IN HINDI, ENGLISH, MARATHI, SINDHI, URDU, SANSKRIT, AND TAMIL. IN ADDITION TO THIS, THE TEACHER PREPARES MONTHLY EDITIONS OF PEDAGOGY, SELF-STUDY, AND KINDERGARTEN. ALSO PREPARES TEXTBOOKS FOR PTC AND CPAD. PROVIDES SUPPLEMENTAL READING MATERIALS FOR PRIMARY, SECONDARY AND UPPER SECONDARY LEVEL STUDENTS. ASSISTS AND ACCELERATES THE PROGRESS AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF PRIMARY, SECONDARY AND HIGHER EDUCATION. BASIC BOOKS TEXTBOOKS FROM BASIC 1 TO 4 IN BASIC 1-6 BASIC TEXTBOOKS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED BY THE TEXTBOOK OF ADDITIONAL TOPICS FOR THE MANDALAY ZAHER EXAM WHICH HAS PROVIDED THE FOUNDATION LITERATURE TO THE STUDENTS IN THAT FIELD. THUS, IN THE FIELDS OF VILLAGE AND AGRICULTURE, THE CONGREGATION HAS ALSO BEEN ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT. THE TEXTBOOK BODY DOES NOT CONSIDER CONTENTMENT ONLY BY PUBLISHING TEXTBOOKS. RESEARCH WORK IS ALSO UNDERTAKEN TO ENSURE THAT THE QUALITY OF THE TEXTBOOKS IS CONSTANTLY IMPROVING. TALENTED INDIVIDUALS, FROM ELEMENTARY TEACHERS TO UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS, ARE INCLUDED IN THE EVALUATION PROGRAM AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. INTRODUCTION INDIA HAS MADE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATIONAL EDUCATION SINCE INDEPENDENCE. PROGRESS CAN BE SEEN ESPECIALLY IN TERMS OF LITERACY RATIO, INFRASTRUCTURE, UNIVERSAL EDUCATIONAL ACCESSIBILITY, AND SCHOOL ADMISSIONS. DUE TO THIS, THE DEMAND FOR QUALIFIED PRIMARY TEACHERS MANIFOLD.THE NATIONAL CURRICULUM FRAMEWORK (NCF), FORMED IN 2006, HAS DIFFERENT EXPECTATIONS FROM THE TEACHER WHICH CAN BE FULFILLED ONLY AT THE INITIAL STAGE AND THROUGH CONTINUOUS TRAINING. AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL, THE EMPHASIS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF TEACHERS' ABILITY IN SCHOOLS CANNOT BE OVERSTATED. IT IS CLEAR THAT THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT DEPENDS ON THE TEACHER'S ABILITY, SENSITIVITY, AND TEACHER MOTIVATION. IT IS ALSO A MATTER OF FACT THAT THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE TEACHER'S EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LEVEL ARE ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF STUDENTS' ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT. PERIOD FOR ACADEMIC PREPARATION. THE QUALITY OF KNOWLEDGE OF ONE'S SUBJECT, KNOWLEDGE OF THE TEACHING SKILLS REQUIRED BY THE TEACHER IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS, LEVEL OF INTEGRITY TO THE PROFESSION, SENSITIVITY TO CURRENT PROBLEMS AND ISSUES, ACHIEVEMENT OF THE CURRICULUM OBJECTIVES IN THE CLASSROOM AND FOR STUDENT EDUCATION AND SOCIAL CHANGE IN THE CLASSROOM ARE VERY IMPORTANT. THE QUALITY OF TEACHERS INCLUDES MANY THINGS LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE TEACHERS IN THE SOCIETY, THE ECONOMIC CONDITIONS IN WHICH THEY WORK, AND THEIR EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION. IT IS EXPECTED FROM THE TEACHER TRAINING SYSTEM THAT THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS FOR EARLY AND CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF QUALIFIED TEACHERS ARE AVAILABLE TO RUN THE COUNTRY'S SCHOOLS. ELEMENTARY TEACHER TRAINING PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN TEACHER'S DEVELOPMENT. THIS INTRODUCTORY TEACHER TRAINING EXPLAINS THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS PROFESSION TO NEWLY ENROLLED CANDIDATES AND ASPIRATION IN FUTURE EDUCATORS. CHARGES BASIC KNOWLEDGE, TEACHING ABILITY, AND HUMAN TENDENCIES.
