INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 21st JUNE

                              International Yoga Day June 21


                   It is worth mentioning that Prime Minister Narendra Modi recommended to celebrate June 21 as a Global Day on June 27, 2014 at the United Nations Conference. His recommendation was accepted by the United Nations. In the celebration of Yoga Day, many politicians and big celebrities from all over the world have cooperated. People from around 170 countries of the world have celebrated this day, including countries like USA Canada and Canada. There are many activities to increase public awareness on yoga globally, including yoga training centers, yoga competitions and many more activities. Through which people are urged to adopt yoga in everyday life for physical, mental and intellectual health. June 21 is celebrated as a yoga day throughout the world. In India, yoga has been practiced for almost 5000 years, Yoga is recognized in the form of mental, physical and spiritual methods and is part of the life cycle of the people of our country. On June 21, there is a special reason behind the selection of World Yoga Day. This is the longest day in northern hemispheres, also known as summer transition. In terms of Indian culture, the sun gets sunny after the summer transition and it is beneficial to attain spiritual achievements at the time of sun-southing. On June 21, 2015, the first international yoga day was celebrated, in which over 35,000 people and representatives of 84 countries, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, held 21st Yoga exercises on the Rajpath of Delhi. This ceremony established The Guinness Records. This is a record of participating together with 35,985 people and people from 84 countries. After this, the second yoga day was celebrated in Chandigarh, in which hundreds of people including Modi participated.
